OH MY GOSH!!!!

So I tried like.. A BILLION new things with this picture. And I'm IMMENSELY proud at how it came out!!!!!!!

tried to color and shade dreads

experimented with the 'luminosity' and 'multiply' features on SAI

studied the effects of one source light shining on an object in a dark room

tried to draw the lengthened shadow caused by that light

aerial perspective, and forshortening of the legs

finally figured out how to use the 'clipping group' feature which made EVERYTHING EASIER.

continued to develop a more realistic-looking face (and not anime)

WHOO!!! I totally can't believe I drew this!!! I mean look at him!!!!

Also my first REAL drawing of one of Anime's PGR characters, and I feel like I did Tanner and Roland justice :33
