A secret nighttime meeting of lovers, but it's a romance in vain because they are two entirely different creatures...

This was mostly done in Photoshop, but I've been wanting to get better in Sai. I guess a goal is to use Sai as the main program for one of my pieces! For this one, I ended up going into Sai to do a lot of painterly blending, particularly for the background and for the moth wings. I just have so much trouble using Sai to do anything that requires precision, though! >_<

I was also having trouble with the blues showing up differently in Firefox than in Photoshop or my image viewer for this one. Hopefully it looks okay here.
