This is dedicated to Mr Apples :)

After you showed me the paintings that you used in the show last nite, I felt inspired to draw something for you. So I felt like drawing a geisha.

I first sketched her in pencils then I colored her with colored pastels. I used a dry brush to spread the colors around and to blend them. The paper I used is a toned paper.
Yeah it was fun and a very zen experience ;)
I haven't used colored pastel for a few years now, so it was nice to pick it up again ^^
