Surprise, Black Crow! I'm your fanart Secret Santa this year!

I saw way at the bottom of your wishlist that you like Ouran, and immediately this scene popped into my head.

Here we see a sleeping Haruhi, tired from all her present-wrapping, shopping, and holiday cheer-spreading the night before Christmas. Already, the cookies and hot chocolate (in lieu of a lack of fresh milk) have been left out, and all that's needed is Santa's arrival. But Santa's already come! He left Haruhi the note you see displayed at the bottom left.

The note reads, "Dear Haruhi, You've been quite the helper this year! Collecting toys for kids in need all around Japan, helping Tamaki spread the Christmas spirit around Ouran... you deserve something special for all your hard work. It'll arrive shortly!"
It's up to your imagination to decide what exactly Santa got Haruhi for Christmas. Maybe it's Tamaki, with a bright red bow atop his blonde locks?

Unfortunately, the drawing didn't scan well due to the shading and coloring being very light. And I don't have access to a high-enough quality camera that will preserve the colors while also making it legible. I hope you like it nonetheless!
