I waited a few days to upload this. Then again, a few days is nothing, considering I spent THREE YEARS on this picture. Or maybe it was four. I forget; that's how long it's been. The sad thing is that most of that time was trying to touch up a live trace in Illustrator which I have since abandoned. I used Manga Studio instead.

I haven't posted a Bon Jovi drawing in a while. Heck, I haven't drawn the band for a while. And I haven't posted anything since last May. So here's something to break up the dead monotony that is my Fan Art Portfolio.

There's a reason why I haven't drawn the band in so long: I'm not feeling it like I used to. Don't get me started on an explanation because you'd be reading it all night. But in all honesty, this was a bit of a struggle to draw. I just wanted to get it over and done with (hence the wimpy shading). If anything, it was a good exercise in learning new techniques with digital art.

On a final note, drawing instruments is a royal pain. Stupid laws of perspective that I can't seem to get a grip on.
