Hello everyone, here is my entry for this challenge. This is what I have been working on the past few days and why I haven't been updating here as much. I love Studio Ghibli movies especially Castle In The Sky and Spirited Away. Anyway let me tell you about the drawing.

This has to be the most challenging drawing I've done so far. This is my first time every drawing detailed/realistic hands. I started drawing this on Wednesday and have been working hard on this drawing,trying to get the hands just right. And I finished it up today by using my artist pen to outline the hands and the small Johan which helped a lot cause the pencil was getting smudgy.

The character the hands are holding is Johan Anderson from my favorite anime Yu-Gi-Oh GX. I wanted to try originally draw him with his eyes open but decided against it. Anyway he is sleeping in the person's hands. I had a lot of fun drawing this piece.

I colored this using colored pencils which took a few hours. I then took a picture of the drawing on my phone and enhanced it in Photoshop. I'm very proud of this piece and I hope everybody enjoys this artwork.:)
