This art is for the Traditional Showcase challenge~ Boy oh boy man, it took me a second to figure out what exactly I wanted to do for this! XDDD
Here is my process:
I started with my sketchbook(an Artist's Loft 9"x12") and my Pentel Gizmo .5mm pencil. I sketched out the head and shoulders and then got stuck.... Finally I just went with the flow from the arms on and finished my sketch. I then took to my Prisma Color Premier pencils and lined in my darks over my sketch and used the blender pencils from dark to light to add in all the color. After that I added the 'magic' on her fingers and I was done! I then took a picture of it with my iPhone(I lack a printer/scanner) and shipped it to my computer. I plugged it into my art program only to crop out the excess and to resize it for this site.
I have to say, that's the first time I've ever detailed out my process like that! XD
