So if you noticed, the J.B.I.T. building has no windows. Why? Well, I figured it shouldn't because blind people can't see anyways. xD And if they ever got anywhere near a possible exit, they could escape and do bad things. x3 But for the sake of the people working in the building, I made windows on the ground level (if you can tell). ;D
