it says skin toning but thats how i do most of my coloring.. the steps are easy but u just have to put effort in everything...

i hope this helps... it was my first photoshop tutorial.. i dunno if thats enough to understand how coloring in that program works.. lol.. but definitely explore photoshop and u'll find that there's more to it.. enjoy..~~
