Description: An uneasy man who is chief of police. Though a decent enough guy, he has been very on edge since Natalya moved into the city of Vogulka. Since he feels more closely under watch, he tries to be stricter at the Bureau of Public Affairs. Anatoliy doesn't care to win the favor of Natalya so long as she isn't mad at him.
Hobbies: Horse racing (gambling, not riding), and boating.
Other Notes: Natalya has employed him to search for the bell that rang during Good Friday but his squad was unable to locate it.
