First of all, I'm sorry for not providing a wide screen version of this, I was too lazy. Besides, I started working on it as 1600x1200 and even cutting it up for 1280x1024 was painful.
OMG I painted water! O.O This is the first time I've painted good-looking water! (at least that's what I think XP) I failed miserably the other times and was on the point of giving up, when I said to myself "what the heck, one last try and I'll give up". And it didn't come out that bad! First, I vectored Sora from this screenshot without having an idea for the background. I wanted to make it simple -at one point I was going to add some brushes/vector shapes and make it abstract, but I gave up since I didn't like it.
So, after vectoring Sora, I made the water, duplicated Sora's outline layer, blurred it and set it to Multiply to create the effect of "underwater". The water wasn't that easy to do and I used a vector of C.C. I found as reference. The font also was troublesome to find, since I couldn't find anything that met my expectations (I'm very picky about these small details). If you want to look for it, it's called 'Angelina'. NO textures were used in this wallpaper. Not even one. Everything is vector/filter work.
Please comment if you like/dislike/hate to death I love criticism! Thank you for you time and see you next upload!
