Alright so here is another wallie and it really took a lot of time from me *TIRED*
I did lots of filtering and cloning!
It has about 7 or 8 layers I think!
So I added some sparkles and I used Lens Flare.
I also added some brushes.
I don't know if it's an animeor manga or even a game!

I didn't really want to add any text in this one though I think it's fine this way ^^
