I made this right before New Year's Day--Jan 31 '08--at about 11:30 pm with Photoshop CS3. Haha, what inspired me to create this was Towai's previous layout, Eternal Vertigo. (Yoshh, I am very original. XD)

[EDIT] Eh, I thought to myself, "why not give some background information about this wallpaper?" So, you're in luck. ;)

The background was a picture of Las Vegas. I had to change it's colour, blur it and everything. *sigh* I guess in the end it was worth it. :3

As for the Sephiroth image, I found it at Towai. I had to also change it's colours over and over again, making multiple layers for it to look somewhat like the background and that he's actually IN the scenery.
