My entry for the colour me blue challenge ^^

I can't think of a good title...

I found a scan, then made it fit the size of the wallpaper. I added some texture to the girls skirt, changed the colours a little to add contrast, then added texture to the whole image. Then I added some flower brushwork *smiles* I hope everything looks alright. Thanks for viewing/hugging ^^
