TTGL is an epic anime. I usually don't use the word epic, since nowadays it's always attributed to the most usual, not impressive things.
But I will use it now for this amazingly awesome anime. It's a must see.

For the bg I used, again, a Fate Stay Night scan which I resized a whole lot and repainted.

Grunge is love, so I abused my grunge textures.
Typography is love, so I abused my favorite Lagann OST song.
