My Comment: So this wallpaper is really old too. And like "Sing 4 Us Princess" this one was made by the same vector-artist who never responded to me if I could use the vector or not. So, again, I'm going to go ahead since they never responded for a whole year.

This wallpaper is a little different than its sister because Toru is bigger, and there is more blue in this one than yellow in that one. However, like the sister wallpaper, this one didn't use much besides brushes and lighting stuff. Plus its been so long I don't really remember the steps I took to making this XD
