This was derived from a banner I made on LJ. I didn't originally plan on making this, but hey, my wallpaper muse came back! The next thing I knew, I was making different resolutions. Hurrah!

I wanted it to give off a dreamy vibe so I filled it with light and pastel accents. Just like my signature sparkly wallpapers. XD I just lurrrve Lightning!
