Xiao n Panda for u, Sandy!

They r a good friends. (Panda is so cute! Haha!)

Using some random brushes (lovely, particle n stars, etc ... random) for the background.
The most annoying part is extracted Xiao's hair. I don't how long I made this ... (forgot ... . Coz I take some breaks)
