The title? Well, even though Ritsuka's "name" is "Loveless", but in the sense of having no love-He is no longer loveless because of Soubi. AHHHH! YAOI!!! Oh well...
I think that this is just the most adorable render! 
The butterflies are really nice, too, if I'm correct, doesn't the butterfly have an influence on Ritsuka?
