Ok THIRD time writing this... I hope it works now. Stupid me not knowing that png is impossible. Well it is my first wally on here after all. The first one I made seriously at all actually O,o I've restricted myself to forum signatures so far.
I think it's okay for my first wally and as such I boldly submitted this to Ice Queen's challenge! Muhahaha.

Here's what I did (skip this part if you already know basic photoshop)
I added the render, duplicated it a couple times, put one in low opacity and colour burn up front to make Cirno stand out more, put one in the background with a LOTTA blur. then I added the snowy hill and edited it with chalk&charcoal, got me some snowflake brushes and put those all over the place :P I used some fonts, I don't think they're default ones but by god I can't remember where I got them. The background is a simple black to blue gradient.
