I've actually been working on a Saiyuki wallpaper for a while now - but this isn't it. Oh, well. After having so much fun designing the background for my last wallpaper, I just had to do another one. I was browsing through some of my Saiyuki images and found this one of Sanzo and immediately knew that I wanted to use it. Quite pleased with how it turned out, especially considering I had gotten stymied about halfway though with what I wanted to do. I had this big, empty spot over on the left and I didn't know what to do. Then I remembered a couple of Sanzo's quotes and played around until I got this. By the way, if anyone is interested, the kanji says 'warrior'.
I do realize that this is a fairly simple looking wallpaper [especially compared to some of the other intricate wallies out there] however, I think I've finally begun to get a feel for what type of wallpapers I like to work on as well as what wallpapers I like on my computer.
