I'd say 'doesn't Euphy look pretty?' but Euphy always looks pretty. She's my favorite female [maybe even my favorite character] from Code Geass and when I decided that I wanted to do a wallpaper with a female with long, flowing hair, her name just popped into my head. Anyhow, I love how this turned out - after much playing around [of course] with it. I'm honestly not much for pink backgrounds but it fit Euphemia too well to use anything else.
This was not an easy image to extract - if you see the original, you'll understand why. It messed up one sleeve of her dress, quite badly, and tried to do a hatchet job to her hair. It finally looks decent, but it shouldn't haven been that difficult. And then there were all the little spots leftover from the extraction. At first I thought I needed to clean my computer screen.
See that circle-inside-a-circle-inside-a-circle-etcetera up there in the left corner? I made it myself. Even though it was simple, I'm oddly pleased. You can find the tutorial on how to make it here.
I've been trying out some different things and, as I was making another wallpaper, I got a little carried away by how much writing was on this one - but I wound up really liking it. And I'm very happy with how this turned out.
