Another spoiler for Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL. This is one of Yuma's monster, Gagaga Girl, basically his version of Yugi's Dark Magician Girl. You'll notice that she has a cellphone in one hand. That phone is her regular weapon. The wand is an Equip Spell card of Yuma's. So instead of a wand, she uses a phone to cast magic. There was a time when this would've shocked me, but with so many i-phone apps out there, I'm not surprised that there could be one that could be used to cast magic. Enjoy.
