Celebrating the Year of the Dragon with our very own blue dragon: Hakufu Sonsaku.

I decided that I wanted to do some wallpapers (only one, unless I get inspired soon) for the upcoming Year of the Dragon. When I was trying to decided who to use, and browsing through the scans at Minitokyo, this girl came to mind.

Now, mostly anyone from Ikki Tousen could fit the 'dragon' theme - but Hakufu is actually possessed by a spirit of a dragon. And, of all the characters on there that are (three or four, I think) - she's got the best colored one. Besides, I know someone that is quite the fan of her.

This is a different wallpaper than the others I've been doing. I wanted it to look festive and busy without being cluttered.
