I have been listening to the song Angels by Within Temptation a lot lately. Mainly because it is helping me put into prospective the betrayal of my friend and how she left me. I can really relate to the lyrics now even more than before. I have always loved this song though. The lyrics and the music is just beautiful. It's one of my favorite songs of all time.
I had to channel the sadness I've been feeling into a wallpaper. This is more focused on my sadness. I tried to make it look dark,broken,but yet not beyond repair. Does that make any sense. I wanted the glass to resemble my broken heart and my hurt feelings and the pain I feel. And the other night yes I did cry a lot. I don't know why she did this to me but it hurts and it cuts like broken glass.
The wallpaper was kind of hard to make. I basically wanted to make it some what of a monochrome wallpaper to reflect the sadness of the lyrics and the render of Shana crying. The hard part was getting the lyrics in there so they'd blend rather than stick out. But overall I'm pretty happy with it.
