I had to make a Doctor Who wallpaper. It's been such a long time since I last made one and I've improved a lot since then.
I've been able to watch new episodes of Doctor Who now that we recently got cable. I love BBC America. Such an awesome channel. I've liked Doctor Who for along time. The whole show is just awesome. The 10th & 11th Doctors are my favorite (they're both featured in this wallpaper :D) My favorite companion has to be Rose Tyler. She's awesome but I like all the companions though. I love the awesome adventures he goes on. I had been planning on making this wallpaper for awhile and I finally did.
I didn't really do much to the original image except add a few textures to enhance it. Also I used an action to lighten it up a bit. Not really much to explain here,the wallpaper was fairly simple to make. I'm happy with it. I love Doctor Who. Enough said~Well not everything,I hope everyone enjoys the wallpaper :D
