I love Sailor Chibi Moon so I had to make this wallpaper of her...
Sailor Chibi Moon has always kind of been a favorite character of mine from Sailor Moon. I just think she's so adorable with her pink hair and her Sailor outfit is too cute. I just like her. She's awesome. But honestly I love all the sailor senshi equally. They're all epic.
I tried to kind of make the background similar to Emmz's wallpaper but I did it more in my style. I tried some new textures and techniques. Also I used a few actions to enhance the colors more. Overall I'm very happy with how it came out. I hope everyone enjoys the wallpaper. I will make more Sailor Moon wallpapers soon.
Dedication: SweeTea~you remind me a lot of Chibi Moon because you're so sweet. Also making this wallpaper made me think of you. Also dedicated to 21Emmz12 whose wallpaper was the inspiration for this one. I loves you guys. You're too epic for words~<3
