Dedicated to Tsubasachro for winning my Suits Required Challenge and for just pure awesome in general ^_^

Vector was pretty easy, his pants were troublesome since they are pure-freaking-white but other than that it was pretty good. And a simple background to match - I had planned from the beginning to give him a japanese styled background and it was by pure chance that I stumbled across my old "Japanese textures" folder, I had completely forgotten that it even existed! BAM that worked out nicely :D
