Submission for the Colour Palettes Challenge!

I had just started working on this Code Breaker wallie when Arra-chan announced her Colour Palettes challenge and the two seemed to work together perfectly! All I needed was to search for a blue-ish colour palette to base the colours off and BAM it all came together nicely.

Granted the original scan already has many shades of blues so I didnt have to change very much, I did alter the colours to match my chosen palette but for the most part it was pretty easy. That made me happy ^_^
