I haven't made a Sailor Moon wallpaper for awhile. After watching the most recent episode of Sailor Moon Crystal, I had to make a wallpaper featuring Neo Queen Serenity (she is so gorgeous, wow) and the Black Lady (who also made her first appearance in Crystal even tho it was a pink siloutette). Anyway it was an amazing episode and I eagerly look forward to the next one. :)
This is my first Sailor Moon wallpaper for along time. At first I just combined acouple of pretty starry sky pictures with a neat cloud texture. I found this really pretty render of Queen Serenity and Black Lady which ended up fitting this background. So I left it like that, and used some actions to enhance the wallpaper. I rather liked how it turned out. And of course there's a shiny bokeh. :3
