I would’ve updated more yesterday, but I couldn’t because I was too tired/busy. :P Go figure. Anyways, so here’s what was missed.

Steamboat Geyser: The geyser itself was a bit of a letdown since it didn’t blow, but the rest of Norris Geyser Basin was really pretty. My favorite hot springs were the clear blue ones~ I just wanted to jump in them… but then I remembered that the water could boil my skin off and kill me. Oh yeah! My dad gave my mom her gifts and one was another card and the other was a very, VERY beautiful ring that was set with diamonds on a silver or white gold band. It’s so sparkly!!

Old Faithful: Very cool, but also a bit of a letdown. It was really quiet, surprisingly. And I’ll explain later why it wasn’t as cool as I thought. Oh, and the ranger that described why it wasn’t going off at the right time was cool~ He let me take a picture of him with Canada! >w<

Grand Geyser: AMAZING. It was like watching fireworks! It just kept spouting and spouting and exploding! It was really, REALLY loud too! It was WAY cooler than Old Faithful! Canada got scared, though. ):3

Continental Divide: TRADGEY STRIKES. I lost Canada’s head! D; Somewhere between the Visitor’s Center Sign and the Continental Divide Canada’s head popped off and rolled away! I couldn’t find it anywhere! My family and I searched everywhere but to no avail! D’X So if anyone happens to find a small toy head in Yellowstone by the Old Faithful Visitor’s center/parking lot, PLEASE TELL ME. It would be mine! If you do find it, e-mail me a picture of it for confirmation at [email protected]. Thank you! TToTT

Artist’s Point: Beautiful~! I loved it! The waterfall was gorgeous~! Like any good artist, I got inspiration there~ Not for a painting or a drawing, but for a story~! Hey, writing is an art, too! And the inspiration was for Rain to Rainbow. I am on a roll with that story! Even more so than its crossover/counterpart Just One Look. Yeah, I finally decided to crossover the two stories after being on the fence for so long. Once I included Joshua in both stories, I knew I just had to crossover them. Joshua is the informant friend who’s really cool, if I forgot to add in introduction part. And I’m wondering, if I ever finish them, like them, and decide to publish them, should I do it in one big book with two parts, or two separate books? I’m thinking that for the big book idea that I could have an “Introduction” written by Joshua O’Rylie (informant character) that explains the two parts or something like that. But if I have it in two books, then would I include two separate introductions or have the same introduction twice? Whoa, I’m thinking too far ahead…

At any rate, after that it was the usual. Get dinner, head home.

This morning was fun though. Today is the day we are leaving Yellowstone, and we got lucky. So far we’ve seen a herd of bison, two coyote pups, and a pelican. :3 An okay day, if I say so myself.

- Mount Home, Idaho – 12:37 AM

So after that there wasn’t really much that we did. We did go to Hagerville, Idaho to see some fossils that we didn’t see, and we saw the Oregon Trail. It was pretty cool, that’s for sure. I’m a history buff, so of course I loved it. :3

Where we ate dinner had the COOLEST crayons!! They were TRIANGLE shaped!! I brought them home with me~ :3
