I'm a day late on this event. lol
On my last post, I talked a little about me scared to get my report card. So I got it and was so scared to look at it, I finally opened it 2 days later.
It. Was. So. Bad.
I got a 65% and a 67% in French. And only got 6 A's. When I calculated my average, it was a 75%.
*Cries myself to sleep*
To this day, I still didn't show my parents my report card. They're going to kill me.
Anyway, I'll talk about what happened yesterday so I can stop bawling.
Me and my friends called Valentine's Day, "Forever Alone Day." lol Then I heard a teacher tell the school's guidance counsellor "Happy Single Awareness Day!"
Says the person who has a husband and 2 kids.
B bought me a plain white shirt with her wearing one as well too. Then people were signing on our shirts and stuff. On the front of my shirt, B wrote "Happy Forever Alone Day".
Technically, I wasn't exactly forever alone. I had a Valentine. B. lol She's my wifey so yeah.
No, I'm not bi or lesbian. This is how mine's and almost all my friends' lives work.
My school was also selling carnations too. Since I didn't have any money, M.T was going to let me borrow $2 (a carnation was a dollar each). One for B and one for T...

So for T, I would tape a note on it saying "Happy Forever Alone Day", give it to him, and walk away. I found out they were selling the carnations after school but then me, L, and M.T were busy with something and I totally forget about it.
There goes that.

Also, today, I finished this Korean drama called Playful Kiss. Omg, it's adorable. ♥♥♥

Ah, it's been a while since I've been in this world, minna. *Drinks dramatically out of my pretend cup of tea*
So anyway, how's life for you all? My sickness with strep throat has gone away about 2-3 weeks ago, so that's a relief. ^^ Overall, my life is ok I guess, except the fact that I'm getting my report card tomorrow!
DX If I get anything lower than a 70% and I don't get a 80% average, I'm screwed.
Also, the amount of snowfall Toronto has received yesterday is INSANE.

Ugh... IT'S FEBRUARY DAMMIT. IT HARDLY SNOWED IN TORONTO LAST YEAR SO THIS TIME, LET'S JUST DROWN IN SNOW. SOUNDS GOOD TO ME.
If I went by car to school on a regular, winter day, it would have took me about 15 mins to get there. And instead, it took me over half an hour to go to school yesterday. Thanks a lot, traffic.

Hey...
I have this thing called Strep Throat. Basically, it means that I have a high fever (over 101 degrees Fahrenheit) throat hurts like hell when I swallow, my tonsils are big; according to a doctor. Ugh. I'm also starting to feel really weak. And the left bottom side of my jaw line (including a few teeth) are hurting for some reason.
I started having a little bit of a sore throat Friday night and then it got worse. I didn't go to school yesterday (Monday) or today (Tuesday). I started taking an antibiotic yesterday. I really hope this goes away soon. I don't want to miss a lot of school. The way that this throat keeps acting up, I might be away for the rest of the week.
Those of you who have experienced Strep Throat, how long did it take for you to feel better?

Boxing Day! I wanted to go Boxing Day shopping so bad but I couldn't go. Just went to M.H's house in the evening. Meh, that's good too.

New Year's Eve! Today I got new sofas! All morning, I was busy unwrapping the packaging off the sofas and then I went bowling with M.H and our families. It was fun. When I came home, I watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. After, I watched the NYC's countdown to the New Year on tv since I couldn't find Toronto's countdown for some reason.

Happy New Year!! I can't believe is freaking 2014! Like what. The. F. Anyway, what are your New Year resolutions? Tell me in the comments! On New Year, me, my parents, and my aunt went to a shopping place called the Eaton Centre so me and my parents bought things for my aunt. My aunt was visiting Canada while she has vacation from university. So it was pretty much a day out for her. And I tasted frozen yogurt for the first time! Omg, my first thought when I tasted it: "I think I'm in love." Like HOLY CRAP THIS IS THE MOST HRALALALALA THING EVER OMG ♥♥♥. Then we went to the Royal Ontario Museum and after that, went to a restaurant.

There has been a lot of close calls for my family. Family issues too. The family issues were spread out throughout the winter break but it's personal to say.
But it's better if I say all the bad things that happened on this day because something happened on this day anyway. So my grandma had hernia for the past couple of weeks. She's really weak. When I went to her in her room (she lives with me), she didn't recognise me. Twice. My mom had to tell her who I was after and then she remembered. But that hurt. A lot. She sees me every day and she still didn't know who I was. :'( After a while, she started throwing up so we took her to a hospital. It turns out that she needed an operation but it was risky. She had the operation and thank God everything went alright. The nurse said that if she didn't have that operation, she would have died in 24 hours; 1 week max. But after the operation, she didn't wake up on this day.
My uncle started having chest pains and after a while, he started having a lot of chest pains and he decided to go to the hospital. The doctors found that he had 2 clots in his arteries. One of them was 90%. That scared me so much. But they did this little operation thing and everything's ok now. But now he can't eat red meat and stuff like that or else it would be bad for him. He really liked to eat it too. It's sad. :(

School has started! Ugh. It's getting really, really cold here and the wind chill is making it worse!

And that's today! I didn't go to school today because I wasn't feeling that well. Turns out that some other people didn't go to school either because of the wind chill and how extremely cold it is. In the afternoon, my grandpa got news that my grandma wasn't feeling well! According to him, in the morning, she was doing really well but now idk what happened! Let the worrying start again...
