Residing in the Mind of Nine

50 mins of Exercise - Done

Right. So I'm back on track with my diet and exercise plans. Took presumably a month off because I've been too busy with end of school, graduation stuff, and other things. Because of my irregular working hours I just really couldn't do any exercises regularly which really sucks. I did however do whatever I could during the slow days when there wasn't much going on, but it wasn't regular enough to actually see any results. All I did was manage to keep a constant weight... but even then I don't think that could be very good in the long run.

Did manage to pick up another work out dvd (lol yay work out dvd's). "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" by Jillian Micheals. Funny thing is that before I wasn't so adamant about workout videos of any sort. After trying the 30Day Shred, it does give you some good insight on what you could do at home without much equipment. This is my big draw towards work out dvd's because the gym within my apartment complex has had broken equipment for about 5 years. Plyometrics are awesome. After this workout I can conclude that I'm not hardcore enough to do Insanity or P90X (YET).

BFBM is a good 50min Cardio workout that involves lots of plyometrics, and it seems like something I could feasibly do every other day and I will be able to see some good results after a month or so.... Challenge excepted? Oh definitely, hell yeah.

Also, I can reward myself afterwards with some Diablo 3 and not feel guilty about sitting on my ass for maybe a few hours straight...heehehee...

Of course, I'll be out and about too - Not going to be a complete shut in this summer that's for sure. Going to Longboard, work on my graphic design and hopefully be a really awesome Art Director by the end of the year, GO TO CONCERTS, EAT OUT, MAKE MONEY, EAT OU--*ahem*

I will feel better about myself before this year is done.

*thumbs up*

Oh god I'm so tired right now...

Holidays!

It's been super busy since Christmas rolled around. Dinner and a lot of time spent hanging out with my family. It's great because mom and dad are always at work and rarely ever get time off to stay at home. And during the year, I'm rarely at home on the weekends because I like to spend it with friends--lol. But overall it's good to see my parents taking a break from their hectic work to enjoy themselves.

I have a feeling that I've probably gained another 10 lbs over this holiday just because there's been so much eating, and free time to just do nothing.

Damnit, I'm supposed to LOSE 10 lbs !!

Oh yeah, exciting news. I got a Wii.
So that means that I can play Guitar Hero and other random games. It's really interesting seeing the old folks play it. They're uncoordinated, but it's kinda cute. Just takes getting used to, but at least they're enjoying it. Maybe I can talk my mom or dad into playing Guitar Hero... who knows haha. But so far they've been playing with Wii sports, Wii play, and a bit of the Wii Fit stuff.

I really wonder if the Wii Fit actually works; though, I'd have to admit it's ridiculously embarrassing doing the yoga/aerobics in front of people. (I'll play when everyone's asleep - lol)

Anyway, as far as New Year Eve plans go, I'm going to be off at a LAN party. Yes, what a way to start off the new years but to geek out entirely. I also wanted to dress up and sorts, but I guess I can probably do that another time... When I have more money.

Speaking of which, in the new year-- I need a job. I can't rely on "trying" to make money online (hasn't worked... at all).

Well, Happy Holidays! Happy New Years to you all :D who ever is reading or who ever stumbles upon my dinky page. lol <3

And this shall be the last post of 2009.
