Hime slashed at the bars with her sword, “It’s no use…My sword can’t cut it.”
“Brute strength does not seem to work either.” Dante said, “I don’t know what she planned to do, but we have to go after Chero.”
“Then we can’t get out unless someone opens the door from the outside…” Mocha said.
“Someone? We’re all in here! We all walked into her trap…” Kiki sighed.
“KING ME!” Jenny exclaimed.
“Ma Cherie, we are still playing chess,” Francis teased.
Leonides walked into the room with the cell in it. He blinked in surprise and walked over to the bars.
“Whoa! What’s going on here? Did you have a party and not invite me?” Leon joked,
“Or is this a zoo? Please do not feed or touch the rabid fangirls!”
“I can’t believe it…” Francis groaned, “Is he for real? Who is he?”
“Chero’s sensei…” Jenny whispered.
“Oh! I just remembered! Do any of you have rope ladder or something? Tsuki-”
“LEONIDES POTENZA! OPEN THIS CELL!” Hime shouted.
Leon jumped at the sound of Hime’s voice.
“ACK! What? What do you mean? Didn’t Chero come this way?” Leon asked.
“We’ll explain the situation later! Just open the cell! Please!” Dino called.
Chero stood alone on the first floor of the mansion, thinking of what to do next.
“First…I’ll look for another metal piece. I remember where it is hidden…and if I look for them one by one…maybe I will remember more!”
Chero hurried up to the second floor where she went into one of the bedrooms in the back hall. She started to search the room for the metal piece.
“Was it here? I finally got everyone together. I will definitely get them to escape…Or else I’ll be confined to a world where I am all alone. Even when I tried to be reliable…It looks like they still could not trust me…”
Chero closed her eyes, “If I went back…they wouldn’t get mad at me….would they? They’d say sorry…then yell a lot and scold me…Then they would hug me and I would hug them…and I would also say I am sorry….”
Chero put her face in her hands and started to cry, “All this time…Really…All this time…I…*sob* with them *sob* from here…”
The door burst open. Chero spun around to see the monster. It seemed to have grown twice its normal size. She started to back away as it got closer.
“Oh…Di-no...DINO!” she cried, summoning her mage staff.
