Yamato Uniform Department Colors (as of 2220 A.D.)

• Red on White: Combat (incl. Gunners and Fighter Pilots), Medical
• Blue on White: Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Repair
• Green on White: Navigation/Helm, Radar
• Orange on White: Engine Room Personnel
• Black on Yellow: Communications, Survey/Analysis
• Yellow on Black: Cosmo Pulsar Pilots
• Black on White: Analysis and Radar

Note: Although Susumu Kodai doesn't hold any position of these departments while commanding the Yamato in this film, he seems to be wearing his old combat division uniform in addiion to his commanding officer's uniform coat and hat.
