(Top 12 because I couldn't bring myself to take off 2 of them...so the final 3 will be in another post)
I graded these 12 based on:
Design, Story, Creativity, Originality, Battle Experience, Difficulty (Based on if the difficulty level was appropriate), Originality of Strategy, Style, Age (how it ages as a character, not it's actualy age), Catchiness (if it's popular, would have a fanbase, a fun character, etc.), and Name.
So let's start it off with:
12: Scaldera
Scaldera is probably my favourite Zelda boss, which is why this guy was hard to take off the list! XD
Scaldera is the second boss from the new Skyward Sword game.
From the design it's just a flaming rock with big eyes and a giant mouth. It's a pretty simple design, but that design with the area that it is battled creates a pretty amazing battle.
A boulder brought to life by Ghirahim. Just that backstory is pretty interesting. It's not everyday (I mean every game) that you battle living rocks.
It's fought like King Dodongo, so that takes off a bit of some points, but it's much more interesting than Dodongo because, King Dodongo is just some, well, big Dodongo, it's not a giant rock with legs.
What really made me fall in love with this guy, though, is that it's design and the whole feeling of the battle reminded me of a Hayao Miyazaki movie.
The bosses in Skyward Sword were a bit more cartoony, and if the cartoon it is similar to is a Hayao Miyazaki film then this is a pretty awesome boss!
Though in the long run I think more people will remember King Dodongo than this guy mostly because the design is so simple.
