Out of this original story
That’s written like a dream
Where everything is not as it may seem

In the uncomprehending darkness, it sliced through my fright

Not even the bitter hands of the Collision
Can break our faith apart…
Even if the world falls out of place

Don’t lose sight of who you are
Your destiny doesn’t really lay away that far
There is a reason why you are still breathing
All though through your eyes
It may seem conceiving
Third Chorus:
But now we’re left with only one way this will end
Oh, there are no more rules we can bend
Even if the balance beam tips over
And the weight of our dreams is too much
There will still be a bond between our hearts
Oh, but moreover…

When I see you on that hill

And tell you it’s a new beginning
However, there will still be an unsure rushing wind inside of me
That clears the dusty paths of our shattered future

As I look upon a mirror, my reflection shows
But only in a mysterious fog of cold snow that will arise
Ice froze time, frosting the edges of the windows
That’s when I realized the pure truth behind all those lies
All of the theories go out the window and flies
Far away from our sights, forever staining our beliefs
Thus scorching the purposes of our useless relief’s
Rattling the glass and frame of the windows…
A thousand windows appear before us
Overlapping the line of true sight
Making us scream and start a fuss
Your words, I would never again cite
Those thousand windows, covering our hopes
Pushing us down those steep, snowy slopes
Time may stop, but I believe our thoughts will remain
Echoing through the future, our old beliefs stained
Crippling our original dreams and sights
Snapping the wings, we once took on flights
Frost took our spirits, and froze our truths
Waiting for the day to uncover and reveal them again
On that day, I hope that our reflections
Are cleared from the fog, and the snow will fall
So that our predictions were really held true
Except for the fact that they had frozen inside of us
After the night… the dawn arises
And all of those clothes, our disguises
Will disappear, clearing out the frosted fog
Allowing us to see our dreams and goals,
Once again, through a thousand windows
Sinking into my heart
It slices through and then it starts
It deepens, and it sickens me
When it's really the skies
deep in your eyes I want to see
Sinking into the dark abyss, it swallows all the light
Blurring all the good days, out of sight
Forgiveness is not free, even for as far as you can see
It is earned, and therefore deepens in
Refusing to leave, and grows like a treacherous sin
Sometimes life can be rewarding
But not when it's our past you're regarding
It's like speaking to an open field
Where it echoes back, and suddenly breaks your shield
It's unexpected, I know, but it's what you predicted
That when it deepens, the forgiveness in my heart
A chasm of reality splits open and then it restarts
Letting it sink in and deepen, and I just let it seep on in
Meanwhile I'm staring forward, where you are frozen behind me
Ahead of you is that sin, a broken shield
On a new path you will find,
that everything about you is revealed
And there's nothing you can do,
when everyone's calling you
That slice deepens in our hearts,
and we both feel
A stinging sense of forgiveness,
that we thought would never come
As if a demon would come and steal,
but we both used our shields
And defended our hearts with all our lives
As it deepened, that forgiveness...
while everyone is calling you.
