This is basically a place I'll share my thoughts on anything; and also where I'll post memes.
So, if you're looking to hear my opinion on things, you've come to the right place!

K, I've known about this for quite awhile, and I've downloaded some of the songs already (because I love them ;w;), but I don't post too often and thought I needed to.
The 1st and 2nd parts of the Kuroshitsuji musical have been fansubbed on Youtube! I already knew the songs were, but just recently I found the musical itself has been. Here's the first part:
The 2nd part is on the related videos list, so you can just look there. I love Yuya Matsushita (who is Sebastian in the musical)'s voice. He's a singer too, so if you want to hear some of his other singing you can search him on Youtube. :D
So, you know who the ASOS Brigade is, right? Well, if you don't, it stands for Americans Save Our World Suzumiya Haruhi Brigade. You can usually find them advertising for the Haruhi DVDs, with Patricia Ja Lee as Haruhi. Their small skit-type things are quite amusing, and you can find them on the North American releases of the Haruhi DVDs.
Anyway, I became a fan of them on Facebook, and just about an hour ago (10:00 PM Central) they updated their status with this:
Normally the videos they make on Youtube are those that are released on the Haruhi DVDs. It's too bad though, the link they linked just takes you to the Youtube homepage. Maybe they'll update it later. Anyway, so they're returning. I hope your hopes are up. EDIT: I didn't realize the link actually took you somewhere :P Anyway, here's the vid:
So, uh, I guess that proves it. They're dubbing season 2 of Haruhi, the music (I'm guessing) will be using Cristina Vee instead of Aya Hirano. There's a good chance Cristina Vee will be replacing Wendee Lee as Haruhi's dub voice. I think Cristina Vee could do an awesome job, but I will miss Wendee Lee.
And if that wasn't enough, they uploaded a picture on Friday, January 22nd, 2010 to their Facebook account. This is what it looks like:
It's a pretty normal picture and description, but then look at the clock: it clearly says "88:88." EDIT: I guess when I uploaded it's kind of hard to see, so here's a link to the Facebook picture here.
And not in a way similar to how clocks look when they don't display the numbers properly, but you can see it is nice and bright. Hope you know what I'm thinking about with this~
(...and if you don't: think about the second season of Haruhi. *shivers*)

The other day I was just browsing, and I came across a website called TinerMe! It's a LOT like Gaia, if you've ever played it. I'm sure a lot have. I really like TinierMe for some reason, even though I didn't like Gaia all that much.
I think the reason I like TM better is it's still in the Beta stage, and it's newer, so there aren't so many people. There aren't a lot of games yet, but I hope they add some soon. I also find it to be cuter than Gaia, and more anime and manga-oriented.
You don't have to download anything. It's also free, except you can pay if you want some other items. Currently, unlike Gaia, you can get most of the stuff without having to use any real money. I personally thought Gaia concentrated way too much on that. I know they do that so they can keep it free, but still.
Here's the beta trailer, maybe it'll persuade you to play~
Oh, and if you want to add me on there, my name is, "Anika Shiori".
So, browsing the internet for stuff, I came across a site that easily figures out your favorite Hetalia character and pairing. All the explanation is explained inside, but it gives you 2 characters and you choose which one you like more.
Yup, yup. So, as you can tell from the title, it has something to do with the 3rd Death Note movie. And as you might've guessed, I'm here to tell you my opinion on it! Here we go~
Let's start off with the trailer. That way you can get a look at what it's like. (BTW- it's the dub. Yes, I like the English dub of Death Note. I think it's awesome. If you prefer subs, that's good too. Just sayin'.)
First off, I really do like all of the live-action movies. I personally think the anime & manga are much better, as there are more twists and turns and things you don't think about. I realize with time restraints the movies are going to be a little different, but I still like the originals better.
I'd go into a little more detail about the differences, but this entry would be mainly made up of spoilers then. So, let's just say that there were some characters I really like that weren't in the movies, and a couple plot twists.
...I said I wouldn't, but I'll go into one spoiler. I really do like L's death much more in the movie. In the anime, it wasn't as nearly dramatic as it could have been. L is a really popular character, and I just think there were other deaths that were a little more dramatic. (I guess, though, the scene where L is just standing out in the rain is kinda sad, and part of that.) Anyway, in the movie, I really like how L dies nice and peacefully. When he died in teh anime, I was like, "No! L, no!" But with the movie, I was literally crying. It was just a lot more sad I thought, because he knew what was coming, and when it did come, he just looked like he was asleep.
Wow, I spent way too long on the subject of the other movies. Let's get back to L Change the WorLd. This one is definitely my favorite of the live-action trio. Maybe it was because I didn't already know the story, or maybe it really was made a little better. The virus looked disgusting, just as it should. It, in my opinion, looked awesome. I loved that L was the main character, that way the whole time I really was rooting for L. Following him on his investigation was thrilling and suspenseful, with his less-than-23-day time limit. The couple of new characters made the story incredibly interesting. And the ending. I loved this ending. "I'll name you Near." I really loved that they put Near in there, even if you didn't really know it was him until the end. (And although it wouldn't have worked with the time frame in the original story, that's okay.)
All in all, it was a great movie whether you like Death Note or not. It's probably a lot better if you know the story of the other two movies, or at least the anime and manga, but it is great nonetheless.
