Brrring! Brrrring!

Hi! Well, I did kind of a stupid thing this morning. My alarm clock went off, and I went to go turn it off. As soon as my leg hit the floor I noticed it was cramping up and just wouldn't support my weight. The leg fell under me and I hit my head on my night stand coming down. I hit it so hard, I could have sworn I was bleeding. Not only that but just before that I was feeling like throwing up and had a huge headache. So, after that I felt an even worse headache, and more of a feeling of nausea. I had 2 huge lumps show up shortly after. One at the base of my head, the other towards the middle. Also, now I'm noticing I must have hit my arm somehow, because there's a pretty deep bruise. All I wanted to do was turn that stupid alarm off! Pretty smart, huh? :P My parents came in after I had fallen back asleep (only went back to sleep because I felt like crap) and asked if I was ok. I told them what happened, and they said you have take some tums, eat something, and then take some pain killers. I just wanted to go back to bed. Eventually I did what they suggested. I feel slightly better, but still crappy.

I did some more Japanese. Which I finished all the h's this time. East is interesting it's: 東 or higashi. To play a musical instrument is hikimasu. Lunch is 昼ごはん or hirugohan, which literally means noon meal. Kind of cool. :) Bath is furo. Old looks kind of cool: 古い or furui. Heya is room. To study is kind of a long word: benkyoushimasu.

I watched more of Nabari no Ou. It's getting kind of dramatic, although I like that they've been adding lots of comedy to the tension. Harumi is still funny! I think the other guy they just met called Yoite is interesting too. He has the ability to force his life force or what the Chinese call 'chi' to attack his opponent. He can basically rip people to shreds just by moving his arms or even just looking at them. o_0 But, there's a price to pay. He loses some of his life energy, which means it shortens his lifespan every time he uses it.

In Gintama, they went to a barbershop. Gintoki just wanted a 'straight perm'. The barber leaves him and Kagura and Shinpachi to tend to the shop while he gets a manga. Characters keep popping up and they're being forced to work on people's hair. It was pretty funny! They think they can stall the 'customers' until the barber or hairdresser comes back. It's kind of funny I haven't been to a hairdresser in a long time. Like 2 and a half years! But, I'm growing it out so it makes since. It was pretty short before, now the longest parts go down to the middle part of my back. In order to keep it tame I've been straightening it and relaxing it. Kind of like what Gintoki wanted that stupid barber to do. If let mine go wild without straightening or relaxing it gets pretty bushy. So, I kind of know his pain! ;P

Oh, this morning my mom was running a fever. So, my dad was worried about both of us. I feel kind of bad about that. He thought for some reason that the buffet yesterday made us sick. Who knows maybe it did. Hopefully, we'll get better soon.

Test Results

Hi! Well, I wasn't able to do much today because my mom had an appointment with her oncologist and I wanted to be there for her. She had a full body scan done when she went for the brain scan the last time. Now we finally have the results. He said that it looks like the growth in her mastoid bone (the one close to her brain next to her left ear) looks like a flare up from when she had breast cancer maybe just from the meds she was taking at the time. It somehow traveled up there. He looked further down the scan and showed us weak "spots" of her bones that look like they can fracture the bone at any moment. 2 on her spine, 2 on one hip, a couple on her leg, and some other places. He said if they were to fracture she'll need a wheelchair and might become paralyzed. He's apparently more worried about those than the growth in her mastoid bone. He said they can't biopsy that bone because of how complicated it is to get in there. Since it's a flare up, he said it can go away on its own, but he's not sure. So, for the time being he made her take a med that's only given intravenously to help strengthen her bones. Now, I feel even more worried about her. :( The nurses took forever to get her hooked up to the med. By the time we got out we were very hungry. It was like 2:30 PM and I hadn't eaten since 7:30 AM. So, we decided to eat out. We barely ever eat out, so this was a nice treat. Plus, it was kind of to make her feel better. It was what we call lupper or lunch and supper in one meal. ;P We went to a Chinese buffet. Oh, it's like one of the best ones around us! So, good! I love their sesame beef (it's like candy really!), cheese wontons, chicken teriyaki skewers, buttermilk biscuits with a little sugar on top, chicken dumplings with a little sweet and sour sauce, lo mein, honey chicken (another thing that's like candy!), garlic green beans, vegetable fried rice, and apple pie. The apple pie oddly is one of the best pies I've had. It's got like a strudel kind of filo dough that's wrapped around huge chunks of apple and has an awesome sauce. After that we came home. My mom's going to go to her Mah Jong thing later. So, that will get her mind off things.

Silly Dishwasher!

Hi! Well, last night we watched Slumdog Millionaire. It was good, not sure if it was movie of the year type good though. I know the slums are depressing, but watching the stuff that goes on kind of gets to me and I don't like it. It was cool how he knew the answers they all related to his life in some way.

We have a messed up dishwasher! Gets me angry! >.< We loaded it up, and set it to clean. I didn't really look at the dishes and silverware and assumed they were clean and put them away. Later, I find out that there's this weird filmy stuff on everything I put away. Apparently someone had set up the dishwasher again after I had put things away. I looked at that stuff, and it was all dirty too. So, we had 2 loads of dishes and silverware that were dirty! So, my dad looked at it and said the drain was clogged with sardine bones. He unclogged it luckily, and let it drain. He had dumped all the sardine bones in the dishwasher after that sardine dinner, smart, real smart! Oh well, after a while everything was clean again. :P

I read more of Naruto. I didn't remember that Hayate had died so early in the story. I liked him a lot. He always looks like he's sick, but is an awesome ninja. Apparently not awesome enough, though. I also liked that all Naruto could summon at the beginning was a tadpole, not a frog. It's still hilarious! I think they might actually talk more about the 4th Hokage. In the anime it seems they haven't talked much about him. I'm kind of curious.

I found another anime that I could watch. It's called Nabari no Ou or King of Nabari. It's hilarious! It's about ninjas in a similar world as ours. Apparently the main character, Miharu, has like a "book" or something inside him that every ninja wants. It gives unlimited power to whoever gets it. I love Miharu's personality! He knows how to get his way. As they say he's like a little devil, that looks innocent on the outside. The way he was drawn kind of reminds me of the main character in Loveless. Very odd. The advisor to the club he has to join is hilarious too! He's afraid of riding on moving vehicles, and passes out if he's in them. He hates rain. Plus, he's from Ireland, which is kind of interesting. It seems a very promising anime, hopefully it will stay that way. :D

Gintama was great as always! At the beginning they acted like they were at a funeral. They basically said it was the "death" of the anime. All 3 of the main characters came up with different versions of what they thought the last episode should be. They even had an Evagelion parody. Towards the end, the mascot for the people who publish Gintama called "Shounen Jump" came out and said it's just the beginning. He yelled at them saying to the producers that they just ran out of ideas and needed more inspiration. Since this was the 150th episode they had a look back at some of the other episodes. It was awesome! ^_^

For Japanese I did the n's row and since there weren't many I started on the h's. I've typed up about 5 rows now. I'm breezing right through! Kind of nice. I like how they have one word for meow, moo, sing, etc. It's naku. It's funny, because I swear they have more words for those types of sounds. I'll have to look at that some time. What, is awesome looking in kanji, at least to me. It's 何 or nani. It looks almost like a house. :P Name is 名前 or namae. Part of it looks like a TV. Today is 日曜日 or nichiyoubi or Sunday. It's funny because it starts with the kanji for day and ends with it too. Talk is interesting too. It's 話 or hanashi. It actually looks like someone's talking on the side. :D My mother is 母 or haha. Funny, because ha means teeth. I think they're afraid of moms, or it's a don't miss with them kind of thing. ;)

My mom is still dizzy and is still using a cane. Apparently one of her meds isn't working anymore so things get to be a little too much for her at times. We're still waiting on the results. I hope we get it soon so we can do whatever is needed so she at least doesn't have to feel this way. Of course she feels really good at night, because she stopped taking Valium during the day and now takes it at night.
