Sherr Does

This post is like an extra to this week's update on Sherblog.

It kinda correlates because I also got a new Droid last week. Having a new phone with all these features feels intimidating at first, but I eventually got the hang of it.

I also got back to using Facebook. Yeah, call me out on being a contradiction, but I think that it's okay now. Thinking too negative about things on which you have no exact idea of isn't good.

I'm using it more because I really want to talk to people more and check out how my actual friends are doing. Despite the awkward internet thing, I've gotten used to it.

This Droid also has free apps. These apps are keeping my life in order. Apps like Astrid allow me to make a checklist with duedates. It'll periodically remind me of when something is due so I won't forget. I just love it, heh.

Anyways, this thing has changed my way of doing things. I don't use my old Macbook as much anymore. Only for jotting down notes and showing off at college, haha.

An Actual Tweet

Hey guys. Even though I've promised myself that I wouldn't get an iPhone, I've succumbed to the world of high tech gadgetry.

Yesterday, I went to that Verizon store on that highway and got myself a Motorola Droid. I'm typing to you all through my Droid this very moment. There was a lesser model Droid, but it didn't have a built in keyboard (I really hate touchscreen keyboards).

Other than the $30 monthly fee and the $149.99 upfront (I'm including the warranty), the Droid is one hell of a smartphone. I love Twitter, Pandora, and YouTube on this. I love this phone because I'm connected wherever I go.

Besides, its an amazing upgrade from my two something year old Razr.
