Chapter five
The long walk home
Sara was the first to leave because her house was in the opposite direction to mine and Shaoran’s, which meant shaoran and I were walking together
“Hay what was that thing that looked like you back their Laura? Shaoran asked
“Oh it was a hologram” I replied
“Cool” he said smiling.
Then I tripped over a rock or something and crashed into shaoran and he cached me just before I fell to the ground I opened my eyes and saw shaoran. We gazed into each other’s eyes then we both went all red. We looked away and carried on walking but guess who showed up… of course it was leira.
“Hay do you think you could just blast me away and get away with it?” he said
“Well…err ” me and shaoran looked at each other “yer,” we both answered
“Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I’m sick of and tired of your stupid little games I think I’ll do this the old fashioned way then!” he replied angrily.
Then shaoran was throne into the air then smashed into a tree again and again.
I was too weak as I used too much power in the other battle.
I started to cry “let him go I’ll give you what ever you want just stop hurting shaoran please” I said under my tears.
Leira released shaoran and I ran over to him he was unconscious and cried even more “what have you done to him” I said
“I sprinkled fairy dust over him.” he said sarcastically “what do you think I did I bashed him into a tree over and over again you just saw me!” he replied, “now give me your powers or else I‘ll kill him!”
I saw how serious he was, I looked at shaoran, then up at the floating leira I bowed my head, which meant ‘I surrender my powers to you’.
Then I looked back at shaoran and released my hidden anger and got the animal parts shot out, I grabbed shaoran and flu as fast as I could away from the alien like creature. I never looked back until I got too tired and landed in a secretive place. I left shaoran by a tree and with all my might I flu up and went to my house got a first aid kit then flu back to shaoran without no one noticing. I tended to his wounds and staid with him throughout the night.
The next day someone awaked me.
“Hay Laura…Laura…wake up.” he said to me in a soft heavenly voice.
“Hu…” I opened my eyes “SHAORAN!!!” I lunged myself forwards and gave him a big hug. “Your ok I’m so happy” I said blushing.
“Yer but you wouldn’t mind if you stopped hugging me please” he replied blushing also.
I stopped hugging me and we both red. “I’m sorry for what he did to you,” I said in a low voice.
“Hay it weren’t your fault” he replied giving me a smile.
“ But It was if we didn’t go into the park that night none of this would happen and…” I couldn’t finish my sentence because I burst out into tears just thinking of how hurt shaoran was that night.
“Hay now don’t cry” shaoran stud up “come on, dry those tears,” he said.
I stood up and shaoran wiped my tears away from my eyes.
“ It’s not your fault it was just destiny that you got those powers, Come on we best be getting home are parents are probably worried sick about us” he said.
“Hay lets just say we went for a long walk and ended up camping out for the night,” I said.
“Hay that might actually work” shaoran replied then we both laughed and went home.
