My ships, let me show them to you.

I forgot how great some fanfiction can be, all the ones I'm currently reading haven't updated for MONTHS, so when I stummbled across some old Harry Potter ones I dived back it. I just remembered that like, my first non-cannon ship was totally Sirius and Remus! Lol, good times! There's something so endearing about those two together, it makes me all happy. Could be I just have DEEP love for Sirius...
Funny side note, I want to name my kid Sirius after Sirius Black, and that's been my plan since about 6th or 7th grade. So my family has this running gag of 'I'm serious Sirius!' or 'Serioulsy Sirius, I'm dead serious!' and so on and so forth. And in one of the fanfics, they use that joke! Oh priceless!
I'd love to post the full dialouge because it is truly amazing, but I'll restrain myself. I think I might make a ship meme or something...there is probably one out there though... I'm gonna look into that. Seriously, my ships are either batshit crazy or the fandom standard...
Rant
I would like to vent for a bit, so sorry all...
I hate, hate, hate people who go out of their way to mock something they don't know anything about. I do! I hate people who have opinions on something they've never seen, or read. I'm going to use Twilight as an example.
I read all four books and Midnight Sun (the version S.M put up online), and yes they're bad. People who could stand to read them however, know just how addictive they can be. Its like a potato chip, one is not enough. So I get to make fun of myself, of the series and the craziness surrounding it. I know what I'm talking about, I own those books. I saw the movie, I get to do that.
Super hero movies, not things like Iron Man or Fantastic Four, but the new Batman, Spiderman and X-man movies I have strong opinions on. I watched those shows growing up, my dad spoon feed me a love for geekiness and comic books. New Bond movie? I get to say stuff about it, I've been watching those movies since I was 7. I'm entitled to it, I don't feel entitled to anything outside the realm of pop culture so back off.
I've watched Buffy, read Anne Rice, and a whole slew of vampire stuff. I'm knowledgeable. In fact, Buffy is my favorite TV show of all time. Spike is probably my favorite character of all time. So you don't get to say "Well, I didn't read Twilight because they're not really vampires." Get over it, vampires are different in every story/book/movie/tv show/comic book/etc.
Seriously, you're like the people who think Harry Potter is all about Satan, not good vs. evil and right vs. wrong. Pick it up, watch the movie, the TV show, the book, I don't care. Do something before you judge, its like prejudice.
This was spurred on by something I saw here at theOtaku, so yes, its directed at an actual person. However, I'm 99.9% sure they don't read my blog (I don't normally read theirs) so chances are this'll just sit here.

Nintendogs Rant
I freakin' love this game. Really helps with the homesickness/missing my real dog. I have two shiba inus. One is the tan version, and is called Roxas. The other this the black and brown version and is called Sora. They're adorable, and stupid and I love 'em both. Roxas doesn't get along well with other dogs, its not that he doesn't like them, they tend not to like him. When I first got Sora he kept beating Roxas up, but now they're on friendlier terms. Sora is really...stupid. He has a hard time with tricks and all the minigames, but is happy with pretty much everything. Only like, one neighborhood dog hate him...which is one of the only dogs that likes Roxas...
Roxas can do all the basic tricks, he also knows 'shake it out' where he shakes his back paw, 'achoo' where he sneezed, 'up' on his hind legs and 'handstand' where he does a handstand. However, he has a reaaaaaaaaaally hard time with sit and spin. Normally he'll just do 'shake' instead and I have to stop myself from chucking the DS across the room. He's also pretty good at frizbee, but pretty much stinks at aglity. Sora just looks cute. He can sit, roll over and a few other ones I can't remember.
I use to have a corgi named Tsuna, but he kept fighting with Sora and Roxas sooo he had to go. I wanted to get huskey named Hayato to be friends with Tsuna, but I haven't unlocked that breed sooo, maybe some other time. Or I can get one and name him Riku! Yes, that's the plan! Huskey = Riku!

Somebody is out there mocking me right now. Some wig at Square Enix knows just the right buttons to push. Oh, they knew I would hate Xion, so they throw this at my face and make me go all '!(*&@^^#(&@)*@' so that I'm foreced to buy the game. They know I can't resist Sad!Roxas... -hugs plushie-
