So... I finally found the last volume of After School Nightmare, it only took two days and four diffrent stores. I was CONVINCED the ending was going to make me cry, I knew deep down I was going to cry because I knew the ending would be mind blowing.
I didn't cry at all, more like, stared down at the page and had a total 'WTF' moment. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED! There need to be a Fushigi Yugi moment where the story continued after the story had finished... (Even though that went on for WAY too long). I don't understand what happened or why and I feel cheated...
I'm just going to...pretend the last couple of chapters didn't happen and ASN can keep it's place as my favorite manga of all time. Seriously... why didn't this manga get more love? I have to try to find her other manga, I think it's called X days and Tokyopop published it...but I think it's out of print. I also read her yaoi manga 'The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese' online, and it's just as "ALDFJADFL" as ASN.
Kinda want to hold a chat so we can all go "AGLAJFOAH" together, but I don't think enough people read it... -sigh-
I just finished listening to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows on CD and uggggggggh. Harry Potter is such a wonderful, wonderful book series and I love all the characters sooo much (except Snape...-glares-) that ugh. It totally tugged on my heartstrings with that epilogue with them all grown up and happy and uuuuuuugh. I'm serious, I think the biggest disappointment in my life is not getting a letter to Hogwarts, I started reading the series young enough that I had finished the first three or four of 'em so that summer before sixth grade was a big slap in the face.
I love books that open up SUCH a big world that there is something for everybody and you can just dive into. Oh, I love it all so much. I WANT MORE! I want a prequel with James and Lily in school, I want to know how all their parents met, heck, I'd even take a book all about Al Potter. Most of all I want more Sirius. Last night was the part with the stone, ugh. I cried. As most of you know I want to name my kid Sirius... yeah. That much of a dork.
First love, forever and always. Harry Potter.
So I'm currently watching my friend play my very own copy of Re:COM, and we've had a couple of memes thus far that we like to scream out while playing it. One of them is repeating "Roxas" over and over again, via DiZ and Axel in KH2.
So we heard one of the girls getting locked into the bathroom, so we starting screaming 'Roxas'. Two minutes later four BUFF African American guys show up, and they've got the whole 'gangsta' look going on. My roomie opens the door and we're like, totally confused and a little bit scared. They ask us what we were yelling about, so I explain it's a joke for the video game we're playing, and he asks if I'm sure... and yes, I was so they left.
Umm...is Roxas slang or something? Does it have something to do with gangs? I mean, we've been yelling about all night long... Anybody know any reason why the word 'Roxas' would upset/offend anybody? 'Cause this isn't going to stop bugging me anytime soon and I'm no google sleuth.
Go buy your copies now!
Re:Chain of Memories hits store shelves today!
Re:Chain of Memories is a reworking of the GBA game, Chain of Memories. You play as Sora as you battle your way through Castle Oblivion searching for your friend Riku and the King.
Missed the GBA game, got a PS2 and nothing to do with it, have a deep love for all things Kingdom Hearts? Then this game is for you!
Its also relatively cheap, only $30!
