i just got a rude comment on one of my wallpapers (The transformers one) from a member named -
fmaenvyrocks
this is what he had to say -
"this wallpaper sucks, transformers is like a fake versian of beast wars, i had better not see you make another one of these"
I was wondering what i need to do to take care of this problem, I come here and make wallpapers to have fun and meet new friends, not to listen to comments from little kids who dont know me . I was watching Transformers when his mom was changing his diapers lol.

It looks like im posting a bit early today lol. Earlier this morning i was browsing some other worlds and i came across Ryosuke's world : http://www.theotaku.com/worlds/ryoforever and in a his post he posted about his first anime experience (Record of Lodoss War) and it inspired me to post some pics of the Lodoss War Related stuff that i have :)
He also stated the the anime releasing company known as Central Park Media had gone the way of the dinosaur , which somewhat saddened me because i have quite a few anime titles on vhs and dvd that were released through them, and im proud to say that they were awesome -

I also have the Record of lodoss War: chronicles of the Heroic knight dvd box set, which i have posted about on here before. ill have to dig through my collection ultimately find all of the anime i have from CPM , but those are some ones i can list right off the top of my head. so without further adieu, here are some pics of some of my favorite anime in my collection, all released by Central Park Media and all on VHS - (ive always been a fan of vhs anime, i guess im old school lol)

I may watch one of these tapes in a little bit since its been a while since i have seen any of these lol. Its always fun to watch VHS though because i guess you have to be patient and when you rewind/fast forward, it takes time. Plus id say that it makes me feel nostalgic at times, since vhs is pretty much obsolete and it takes me back to the days when the only way i could get anime was to record it from tv. I use to love sitting there recording anime, making sure the commercials were cut out. It really made me appreciate the stuff i recorded because i went to such great lengths to make it the best i possibly could and i really wanted my collection to grow lol.
Well i guess thats enough of my nostalgic moment lol, it was fun to post all this stuff though, so hopefully you all enjoy it as much as i enjoyed scanning it and uploading it ^^ If you all haven any questions about anything, feel free to ask anytimeand ill be glad to help any way i can :)

Hello everyone :) it's good to actually post 2 days ina row lol. I havent been up to much today, this morning i made some wallpapers, then went to the store. I played Mobile Suit Gundam Seed: Never Ending Tommorrow for PS2 this monring as well. It's a pretty cool game so far, a little different from the other Gundam games i have, but its alright :) right now Im finishing watching The White Dragon, a movie i bought yesterday. So far ive enjoyed it, Its about a blind swordsman for hire who is hired to assassinate a prince and a very skilled female martial artists (called "White Dragon" because of her white clothes) who is somewhat in a friendly relationship with the prince who is sent to defeat the blind swordsman, because they believe that she is the only one that is capable of doing so. When the female warrior and the Blind swordsman finally meet and do battle, the woman is defeated and injures her leg (i believe it is her leg) and the swordsman nurses her back to good health and over time they begin to like each other. Thats as far as ive gotten though, im sure ill be able to let you all know more about it in tommorrow's post ^^
Today i also pulled out an anime dvd that ive been wanting to watch again -
Gungrave: volume 1 - Beyond the Grave
this anime is based off of a couple of ps2 games that came out a few years ago called Gungrave and Gungrave : Overdose. The games are great, and this dvd is pretty cool too. It kinda reminds me of Trigun and Hellsing in a way, but i wouldnt say its a rip off because i believe the games came out before either one of those series, im not sure though, so dont quote me on it lol. Im planning on making some Gungrave wallpapers though, so be on the lookout for them :)
i didnt know what else to post about so i thought id post a pic of some of my Dragonball Figures lol. You can see Yamcha up near the top in the yellow suit, that ones my favoite, so is the Tien :)

I bought this Guitar a while back, its pretty cool, i may play around with it later on tonight, im alot better on Guitar Hero and Rockband though LOL. Im working on it though :)

Hello everyone :) It looks like it is time to post again lol.
I havent been up to much besides being lazy and working, sleeping, and eating, watching movies and playing videogames lol. Work has been getting easier due to a mangement sheduling change, so i dont have to worry about working for the manager that always loads me up with tons of things to do. I havent watched any anime this week, but i did manage to buys some anime related stuff as well as some new movies in general. thursday i bought the new Transformers movie. I had seen it before, but i just hadnt taken the time to buy it yet, Im glad i did though, its such a great movie and probably has the best special effects of all time :)
Earlier today i went and got my hair trimmed and stopped by a couple movie stores here where i live. At the Blockbuster video rental store i bought a foreign movie -
The White Dragon
I havent watched it yet, but im about to in a few minutes, so ill be sure to let you all know what its like :)
while i was there i also bought a framed movie poster of the movie "Conan The Barbarian", Ill take a pic of it and put it in the post for tommorrow :) When i saw it up there i knew i had to buy it, Ive always been a fan of that movie.
after i got my hair cut, i walked next door to another movie rental place called "Movie Gallery". I dont have a membership there so my only intent was to find something to buy lol. good fortune came my way quickly when i managed to haggle them to sell me their only copy of -
"Alien Ressurection". The last time i had seen this movie was at a friend's house on HBO back in 1997, and i had been in search this movie for years. A little patience and 6$ later, my search came to an end in the only way it could: with me being victorious LOL. i just finished watching it and it was as good as i always remembered, plus it makes me want sigourney Weaver even more, which is a good thing :) lol.
While i was at work a few days ago i was browsing through the magazine area (which i do everyday lol) and i came across a new anime magazine -
Inside it has a few small posters and reviews and stuff like that. I havent sat down and actually read much of it, but i do like the posters and pics and stuff, Ill have to get back to you all on this one as well, The little amount ive checked out looks great though, so be on the look out :)
thats pretty much it for me today, I posted up a different version of the "Berserk" wallpaper i posted a few days ago, so let me know what you think about it :) im hoping to make a couple new wallpapers before the day/night is done. Hello everyone :)
It's good to actually post today lol. I was planning on posting over the weekend, but i ended up falling asleep before i ever could, so i decided to do it this morning since i woke up so early lol (2am). I really didnt do too much this weekend, i worked on some wallpapers and spent most of my time getting around to other peoples' worlds and commenting and stuff like that. I also managed to try out the new Otakuchat, which was pretty fun, i even managed to pick up a new subscriber which brings the total to 11 now ^^ This world is also nearing 300 visits, which is pretty cool as well, especially for the pretty short amount of time that ive actually been working on it :) I certainly hope you all enjoy visiting, thats for sure lol.
This weekend I mostly played playstation, ate food and watched anime and movies lol. -
Berserk: volume 1
I watched Berserk volume 1 first because i had been wanting to make a wallpaper or two for this series. i actually enjoyed this dvd more this time through, it had been a couple of years since i sat down and watched it and i really seemed to appreciate and understand it, i guess because maybe im older now, im not sure lol. Im a fan of Medieval stuff, so this one will always be one of my favorites :) Be sure to check out my Berserk Wallpaper, especially if you are a fan, and let me know what you think ^^
I cant remember if i posted about this a few days ago or not, but i also bought Dragonball Z season 4 which includes the COMPLETE Garlic Jr., Trunks, and Android Sagas. dont tell anyone, but while i was at work, I opened the package to check the episode guide just to make sure lol. For $34.99 I wasnt going to get swindled like i did with season 5 lol. So far i just need season 3 (The Frieza Saga) and ill have the complete DBZ series until the start releasing the Cell Games through the Buu sagas.
While i was watching the beginning of the Trunks saga, there was a scene where Yamcha was singing a song from a cat food commercial and it was the funniest thing id ever heard lol, and once i heard it, i remembered it as if it were 10 years ago lol. The song goes -
"Cat loves food, yea, yea yea", then he proceeded to tell everyone that he got it from a catfood commercial and that Puar hates it when he sings it.
Since then, i cant keep saying it, im not sure why its so funny, i suppose because he put so much effort into singing it, i wish i could post a voice clip on here, it would be great lol.
Id post a pic of the box art from season 5, but i havent scanned it yet. I know im lazy lol, im about to dismantle my computer and clean it, and then clean out alot of the pics i have saved that i dont use anymore because my computer has been acting kind wierd the past week or so. hopefully i can get it rolling smooth again :)
Yesterday i watched Die Hard 4 and i found that the Unrated version was sooo much better than the pg-13 version shown in theatres. I guess once youve seen R-rated movies, pg-13 movies just seem as if they are lacking, Im not one to judge though, I really enjoyed it, Im a big Die Hard fan lol.
Last night I had the luxury of having a friend's cousin send me a link to a website that shows wrestling pay-per-views in realtime for free lol. I got to watch part of WWE's Great American Bash PPV last night, bu due to my crappy internet service ther was alot of buffering and pausing, but i still had a great time. Im just glad CM Punk retained his belt lol.
Right now Im about to do some cleaning and some laundry, and then maybe create 2 more wallpapers. the next anime movie ill probably watch today might be
Castle in the Sky
This was the first Miyazaki movie i ever had the privelidge of watching, and to this day it is arguably my favorite Miyazaki film. They are all good, but for some reason maybe i liked this one the most because it was my first. Itsa beautiful movie, just sitting here thinking about it makes me want to start watching it lol.
Well, i think that will be all for today, i better get started on the cleaning, so i can watch some movies and then possibly work out a little bit before i have to go to sleep for work tonight ^^ I thank you all for visiting and i hope you enjoyed the post ^^ hope to chat soon!
