The blonde in this picture is England, obviously, and the redhead is his brother, Scotland.

For anyone who's watched Hetalia, or pays attention during World History, you would know that Scotland and England never got on well...and they still don't.

The idea for this card was Scotland telling England the quote on the card, rubbing in the fact that England had lost America.

The quote is from the movie, The Fifth Element and is as follows: "...you see know, how all your so-called power counts for absolutely nothing now, how your entire empire could come crashing down..."
