This paticular artist here: Onineko has some absoutely gorgeous works in their artbook. I know I'll probably end up doing more by them, they're just too pretty to pass up.

Anyway, I did actually modify the image to remove an element. Then I worked in textures, a bit of light brushes and then the saying. Probably spent about half an hour on it tops.

My motivation for this was the thought that I am forever seeing lots of cards submitted here depicting male couples. So I decided we need some on the other side of the gender fence as it were.
