Yay, I remembered to enter Hi-chan's wonderful challenge. <3 Everyone should enter it...cause...just cause. Make her judging more difficult. >D There's already a lot of great ones~~

I used this scan. Can you believe it took me 20+ pages to find that one? XD I searched the tag "hug" or "hugging"...it's amazing how difficult it is to find an INNOCENT and sweet scan with hugging lol. The majority make hugging out to be ecchi in some way. And of course there's the delicious yaoi/BL hugs that I found...but that wasn't what I wanted for this, haha. Anyhoo, for this, I really focused on lighting. I sharpened the image and duplicated the layer, set it on multiply to darken it...cause the image was really light with little contrast. Then I worked with gradients to create the lighting you see. :)

The typography was really hard. I know it looks super simple, but that took me a half hour to do. .__. I kept changing it over and over! Then I just went with this. I hope it looks ok...so now to explain the meaning. How it relates to me. XD Uhhh, that's what I think my best quality is--my kindness and willingness to help. I tend to take on other people's problems [lol whether I want to or not, haha] and try to solve them...try to help them and make the friend feel better. I'm a sucker for helping others and trying my best to make them feel happier or whatever. ^^;; So yeah, I tend to be the person that others lean on...sometimes, I gotta admit, it gets a bit exhausting when I have problems of my own...but I still like to be there for you guys! Lol. Uhh so yeah, pretty straightforward there...
