Seeing as I have time I decided to enter Kami-chan.x3's contest again... Unlimited entries, why not?!

Song chosen : Fly by Nicki Minaj, Featuring Rihanna.

I duplicated the scan, blurred it a touch and set it to Linear Light, then I added some overlays of colour to bring out the pinks and greens and brighten the image a little. The text is dead simple, and then I added the scan lines. Just because.
