I hope this fits your challenge! The original was rather pink, so I had a go at making this darker ^^
I blurred the background, and used some overlays after I had de-saturated the image. Then I added the dark border and the brush there. [I'll add a link to it as soon as I find where I found it... I think it is by atenaispd on DA].
