When I feel really down in the dumps, I have this habit of isolating myself from my friends and family as much as possible. I don't want to worry them, and I just can't bring myself to talk to people very well when I'm too sad over something. I wonder if it's really the best thing for me, but it's a habit that's hard to break. Thankfully, I don't feel that sorta sadness right now!!
